Triavatech Studio sells prepaid credits that you spend on AI image and video generation. There is no subscription and nothing ships in the post — payouts are instant and digital. Below is exactly what you get, what happens when a render fails, and what we do with your data.

The short version

Delivery is instant. Credits land in your balance the moment your payment is confirmed. No shipping, no waiting.
A render that fails costs you nothing. If a generation fails, is blocked by the provider, or is cancelled, the credits go straight back into your balance automatically.
Unused credits can be refunded in cash within 7 days of purchase, if you have not spent any of them.
You keep what you make. You own the media you generate, subject to the upstream model providers' terms.
We never see your card details. Payments are processed by SyokBill; we only receive a reference number.

Questions or a complaint

Email admin@triavatech.studio with your payment reference or account email. We aim to reply within 3 working days. If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may refer it to the relevant Malaysian consumer authority.
