Cancellation Policy

Effective: 11 October 2026 · Applies to all Triavatech Studio accounts

There is no subscription to cancel at Triavatech Studio — you buy prepaid credits and spend them when you choose. This policy covers the three things you can actually cancel: a render that is in progress, a payment you have started but not paid, and your account.

After a cancellation

1. Cancelling a render that is already running

Open Library and press Cancel on the render. The button is available while a job is Queued or Rendering.

When you cancel, the credits for that job are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

A cancelled render cannot be un-cancelled

Cancellation stops the job at the provider. Work already performed on it is discarded, and the original job cannot be resumed — start a new render instead. Because your credits are refunded, cancelling and re-running costs you nothing extra.

Cancelling does not always take effect instantly

We send the cancellation to the model provider immediately, but a render that is nearly finished may still complete before it arrives. If it completes, you keep the output and the credits are spent normally. If it stops, your credits are refunded.

2. Cancelling a top-up you have not paid

When you start a top-up, we create a payment link with SyokBill and show you a payment page. If you change your mind before paying, simply close the page — you are not charged, and nothing is added to your balance.

The payment link expires on its own if it is not completed, and the pending top-up on your Account page is marked as failed. No cancellation request is needed.

3. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time — whether or not you still have a credit balance — by emailing admin@triavatech.studio from the email address registered to the account. We do this so that nobody else can close your account on your behalf.

When your account is closed:

Your login is disabled and your personal details (name, email, password hash) are deleted.
Your generation history and uploaded reference media are deleted.
Any unused credit balance is forfeited once the account is closed. If you want that balance refunded in cash, ask for the refund first — see the Refund & Returns Policy — and close the account afterwards.
Records we are legally required to keep — in particular financial and tax records relating to your payments — are retained for the period required by Malaysian law, then deleted. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. What happens to your generated media

Closing your account does not delete the image and video files you already generated from wherever they are hosted, and we cannot retrieve them for you afterwards. If you want to keep your work, download it before you close your account.

This matters more than it sounds: generated files are served from the model provider's own storage and those links can expire. See the Delivery Policy.

5. If we cancel your access

We may suspend or close an account that breaches our Terms of Service — for example, attempts to generate prohibited content, to defraud the payment system, or to attack the service. Where we close an account for breach, any unused credit balance is forfeited and is not refundable, except where Malaysian law provides otherwise. Where we close an account for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund your unused credit balance in cash.
