Delivery Policy

Effective: 11 October 2026 · Applies to all Triavatech Studio accounts

Everything at Triavatech Studio is digital and delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped, there are no shipping charges, no couriers, no customs and no delivery address involved.

1. Delivery of credits

Credits are added to your balance immediately after your payment is confirmed — normally within a few seconds of paying. Your topped-up balance is visible on your Account page and in the credit panel in the sidebar.

You will be redirected to a confirmation page after paying. The credits are applied when the payment gateway (SyokBill) confirms the transaction to us, which happens at the same moment.

The payment page lists every method this merchant account has switched on, so if an option is not shown there it is not available for that transaction — nothing is ever charged through a method you were not offered.

Payment is handled by SyokBill. Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and applicable service tax is displayed and applied at checkout before you pay. You pay exactly the total shown on the SyokBill payment page.

2. Delivery of your generated media

When a render finishes, it appears in your Library and is available to open or download straight away. Renders normally complete within a minute or two; heavy video models can take several minutes.

You do not need to keep the browser open. A render continues on the provider's side and will be waiting in your Library when you return.

3. Keep your own copies

Please download the files you want to keep

Generated images and videos are served from the model provider's own storage, not from permanent storage we control. Those provider links are temporary and can stop working, which is outside our control.

We cannot recover a file after its link has expired. Use Download in your Library to save anything you intend to publish, sell or archive.

4. If something has not arrived

You paid but your credits are missing

Do not pay again. A second payment is a second purchase.
Wait 30 minutes — some banks confirm slowly.
Refresh your Account page, then press Sync.
Still missing? Email admin@triavatech.studio with your account email and the payment reference. We will confirm it against the gateway and credit your balance, or refund you if the payment failed. A verified payment that we cannot credit is refunded in full.

Your render failed or was blocked

Nothing is delivered because the model provider refused or could not complete the job — and your credits are returned automatically. Your Library shows the reason. See the Refund & Returns Policy for the full list of outcomes.

Your paid top-up link expired before you used it

A payment link that is created but never paid simply expires — you were not charged, and nothing is owed. Start the top-up again whenever you are ready.
